30 seconds seems too short, is it really enough?
Yes, the GlowSmile - Smartbrush is designed to clean all surfaces at once with high efficiency, so 30 seconds is enough for a thorough cleaning. Because it brushes all teeth at the same time - front and back, top and bottom - brushing time is only 30 seconds instead of 2 minutes.
Does whitening mode really work?
Yes, the whitening mode uses cold light that effectively removes surface stains and gives you a radiant smile.
How long does the brush battery last?
The brush only needs to be charged once a month, provided you use it twice a day.
How do you combine purple toothpaste with Smartbrush?
It works exactly the same as regular toothpaste! The difference is that instead of brushing your teeth, the serum neutralizes yellow tones and gives you a whiter shade in just 30 seconds. Apply 2 pumps to each side, start brushing—and that's it! Then go back to your regular toothpaste to brush and maintain your white shade with the built-in blue light, which automatically activates during the brush's 30-second cycle.

You will receive a response with more information about the return shipment as soon as possible. We welcome constructive criticism, so please feel free to include the reason for the return and any suggestions for improvement!

Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Within this period, you must return the product unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How can I request a return?

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Will I receive a full refund if I return the item?
For approved returns, 5% of the purchase price will be deducted as restocking fees. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, processing, and restocking the item.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time.
My item is damaged or was delivered incorrectly. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@glowsmile.co, preferably with photos of the problem. We will then resolve it as quickly as possible.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free for all orders above $30 at GlowSmile.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Our average delivery time is 7–14 days, depending on your location and local postal service speed. Once your order is placed, it’s carefully processed and packed, usually within 24–48 hours.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your delivery in real time.
